The InstaKetones bar is a first-of-its-kind nutrition bar to include exogenous ketones in its ingredients list. The body naturally produces ketones when the body is placed into ketosis, which is a desired result of the popular ketosis “keto” diet. People use the keto diet to fast-track weight loss efforts. This high protein, low fat and low net carbohydrate bar helps elevate blood ketone levels by up to 2.0 mmo/L within 45 minutes of consumption. Elevated ketone levels trigger the body to utilize fat stores for fuel resulting in weight loss. The 140-calorie bar comes in a delicious orange flavor and is paleo- and vegetarian-friendly and free of soy, gluten and GMOs.
