Boulder Bake (Boulder Cookie, LLC) to attend 2017 EXPO West Trade Show Booth # M115
Gluten Free, Grain Free, Vegan and Paleo Consumer Packaged Baked Goods looks expands their reach
Boulder, CO. (February 27, 2017) -- Eager to capitalize on the fast growing next generation grain free category and the high protein, gluten free, low glycemic movement, Boulder Cookie, now known as Boulder Bake, a GMO Free, vegan and grain free baked goods company, today announced the company will attend the 2017 EXPO West Trade show Booth #M115 in the Marriott Hot Products Pavillion.
“We are incredibly excited to present our grain free products at EXPO West,” said Anna Fletcher, Founder and CEO of Boulder Cookie. “My vision in founding this company was to provide people with gluten free, grain free treats that are free of refined, high carb flours. Using almond flour as a base allows consumers to enjoy high protein and satiety with a low glycemic index. We now plan to expand nationally.”
Boulder Bake’s Chocolate Chip, Double Chocolate Chip and Banana Walnut, single serve, gluten free, grain free, Vegan, Paleo and non-GMO cookies as well as Cookie, Brownie and Pancake mixes are currently sold throughout the Rocky Mountain region at Natural Grocer’s by Vitamin Cottage, Whole Foods, Safeway, King Sooper’s, Alfalfa’s, coffee shops, airport retailers and online at Amazon.
Since the company was founded in October of 2013 with a successfully funded Kickstarter campaign, business has steadily increased and Fletcher has continued to keep up with growth. “I believe we are seeing the beginning of some backlash in the gluten free category with the increased popularity of the Paleo diet. Avoiding gluten has proven to be beneficial yet often times the gluten free counterparts of baked goods can spike blood sugar and increase food cravings. Removing grains from our diet keeps blood sugar low thus decreasing carb cravings and body fat,” said Fletcher.
Boulder Cookie also sponsors and fuels the Rocky Mountain Cancer Centers cycling team, an elite masters cycling team in Boulder, CO. “These premier cyclists use our cookies and mixes as fuel during races and rides, they were amazed at the even, clean energy they delivered,” said Fletcher.
Fletcher noted, “With the increased activity level of kids and adults paired with food sensitivities and a need for quick and easy snacks, Boulder Bake is poised for continued success and rapid growth.”
