(February 21, 2017) – Vintage Italia, creators of the popular Pasta Chips brand, will debut the newest baked pasta snack innovation Pasta Bow Ties at booth #5671 at Natural Products Expo West, held at the Anaheim Convention Center from March 10-12, 2017. The crispy, flavorful baked snack is puffed to perfection and offered in four savory flavors: Meatball Parm, Creamy Ranch, Honey Butter, and Smooth Cheddar. Created as a better-for-you chip alternative, these gently baked, stylish bowtie-shaped pasta chips are crafted from unique, quality, premium ingredients including durum wheat semolina flour and farro, a higher protein grain for a more nutrient-dense product, and fine Italian seasonings based on regional favorites for robust taste and crispy texture throughout.

Following this, Pasta Bow Ties took the category a step further, offering the first puffed pasta snack on the market. Crafted from the same quality semolina flour used to create traditional Italian pasta dishes, Pasta Chips and Pasta Bow Ties captivate the gently baked texture and rich flavors of the Italian countryside.
