TEAM BIOS
Mary Schulman
Vice President of Strategy
As vice president of strategy for Good Health, creator of crunchy, crave-worthy snacks that make it easy to make better choices, Mary Schulman plays a key role in the planning, development, and execution of strategic business growth. A savvy strategist with a keen sense for building brand awareness, Schulman also acts as vice president of strategy for specialty brands Dirty, Zapps, and Snikiddy.
Prior to her role with Good Health, Dirty, Zapps, and Snikiddy, Schulman founded Snikiddy, maker of wholesome snacks for kids, where she served as the head of marketing programs and initiatives, strategic planning, and product and recipe development. A former finance industry professional with 10 years of experience, Schulman’s desire for better-for-you foods stemmed from her increasing concern about children's health after she became a mother. As childhood obesity and diabetes in America continued to rise at an alarming rate, it became clear to Schulman that the poor quality of foods kids were eating, especially snack foods containing high fructose corn syrup, was a large part of the problem. In 2007, Schulman decided to become part of the solution and partnered with her mother, Janet Owings, to found Snikiddy, a company that produces delicious, appealing snacks that promote good health, and later joined Good Health, Dirty and Zapps.
Shulman graduated from the University of Maryland with a B.S. in business finance and is a self-taught expert in healthy living for kids. She currently resides in Washington, D.C., with her husband and three young children and is actively involved in her children's school, is an avid reader, and enjoys trail runs and spending time outdoors.

Jim Ehlen
Vice President of Marketing
With more than a decade of experience in the better-for-you and specialty snacking business, Jim Ehlen serves as vice president of marketing for specialty brand Good Health, as well as snacking brands Dirty, Zapps, and Snikiddy. A zealous marketer and brand strategist with a passion for healthy foods, Ehlen spearheads marketing strategy, new product development, business expansion, branding and marketing programs and activations.
Prior to his role at Good Health, Dirty, Zapps, and Snikiddy, Ehlen held the position of national natural and grocery sales executive vice president at Snikiddy, creator of delicious, appealing snacks that promote good health. A forward-thinker with an aptitude for innovating, Ehlen also previously served as director of natural foods at Inventure Foods, Inc., and founded Madhouse Munchies, Inc., where he also acted as senior advisor.
A consumer of healthy foods long before he began his career in the natural products industry, Ehlen grew up with a deep connection to real, wholesome foods – growing his own vegetables and fruit in the family garden, fishing for fresh catches, and always being aware of where his food came from.
Ehlen received his bachelor of science degree from Union College and a financial accounting degree from University of New Hampshire. He currently lives in the seacoast area of New Hampshire and spends as much time as possible outdoors, running fast and snacking often with his three busy sons.
