DRY Soda Co. Unveils Watermelon DRY Sparkling Bottles and Ginger DRY Sparkling Slim Cans
Craft Soda Category Leader Adds Refreshing New Flavor and Showcases New Packaging Format at Natural Products Expo West 2017
Seattle, Wash. (March 1, 2017) – DRY Soda Co., creator of lightly sweet, culinary-inspired sodas, today announced the addition of Watermelon DRY Sparkling as the newest flavor to join its growing core line. The new flavor will officially launch at Natural Products Expo West from March 9-12, 2017, where the brand will also showcase new convenient 12 oz. aluminum cans for increasingly-popular Ginger DRY Sparkling. Attendees of the show will be among the first to experience the new beverages and are invited to visit the DRY Sparkling booth #M317 to taste and learn more.

Watermelon DRY Sparkling tastefully captures the deliciously sweet, refreshing flavor of this summer fruit. With just 50 calories in a 12-oz. serving, its flavor and aroma are true-to-nature, unlike other craft sodas that can have flat or overly sweet flavor profiles. Its juicy, smooth notes effortlessly compliment summer favorites like grilled shrimp, prosciutto and potato salad, and it also mixes beautifully into gin or champagne cocktails. Ginger DRY Sparkling will be joining the brand’s line-up in cans after a successful run in DRY’s 2016 limited edition holiday bottles.

Ginger DRY Sparkling has a refreshing flavor profile that allows the soda to pair perfectly with foods like garlic prawns, sushi, or grilled chicken. Ginger DRY Sparkling also mixes nicely with vodka or whisky, with a cleaner profile and simpler ingredients than sugary store-bought ginger mixers. Ginger DRY Sparkling will be available in 12 oz. aluminum cans and 4-packs beginning in March at select Kroger and Safeway stores nationwide at a suggested retail price of $5.99/4pk.

History:
DRY was founded in Seattle in 2005 by Sharelle Klaus who recognized a need for a culinary
inspired soda. A mother of four, she followed her passion for the world of food and beverage to
create a line of sparkling sodas that were true to the herbs and fruits she loved using in her own
kitchen. Klaus crafted the first batches of DRY with guidance from some of the Pacific

What DRY Means:
