Olu Beck joined Wholesome!® as CEO in 2016 because she saw tremendous potential to continue to drive innovation for the category, bring exceptional products to the marketplace and connect to consumers in a profound and meaningful way by providing good-for-you treats and alternatives for their hectic daily routine. The uniqueness of the Wholesome!® brand is the ability to provide a better-for-you treat to brighten whatever the time of day or occasion from sweetening beverages and food to snacks. She has a proven track record for unlocking growth and sustainable profitability of consumer branded businesses by re-energizing brands, growing under-leveraged consumer segments and markets and engaging employees to share in the business success. She has a career spanning senior leadership roles in multiple consumer categories at Mars Inc. and Johnson & Johnson, and was most recently CEO of her own consulting firm, The Beck Group NJ LLC. She has worked with both larger and smaller companies, Private Equity-backed or founder-led, to build and grow consumer-facing businesses in highly competitive consumer categories.
