Chris Mann is the "Chairman of the Gourd" for Guayaki Sustainable Rainforest Products, a US-based importer and marketer of Guayaki Yerba Mate and other rainforest products. He was previously a principal of Natural Flavors, a 100% organic, vegan restaurant that employed 25 people and 60 local farmers and demonstrated the power of sustainable food systems to restore health and vitality to people and the planet.
