Through the years, Bob's Red Mill has built long-standing relationships with suppliers, founded on honesty, integrity, and mutual trust and respect. The company was founded by Bob Moore and his wife Charlee in 1978. In 2010, Bob surprised his employees by giving the company to them through an Employee Stock Ownership Program. Today, Bob continues to serve as president and CEO of Bob's Red Mill, where he continually inspires the company's employee-owners with his passion for nutrition and entrepreneurship.
