Susan Skjei, Ph.D, has been an educator, leadership coach, and consultant for over 25 years. Formerly a Vice-President and Chief Learning Officer for a large technology company, she is now the director of the Authentic Leadership Center at Naropa University in Boulder, Colorado. Susan has designed and facilitated many conferences, workshops and deep training programs and has a unique ability to foster energetic and high trust learning environments. She has been a senior mindfulness instructor for over 20 years and has worked with leaders and their organizations in the US, Canada and Europe.
