Buchi is the first commercial kombucha brewery in the southeast and was founded by two moms at a farmers market in Asheville, NC. Blending 2,000 years of kombucha craft brewing tradition with organic, fair trade and locally sourced fruits, spices and medicinal herbs, Buchi has created shockingly flavorful probiotic tonics while growing into a worker-owned and triple bottom line brewery. Their deeper intention is building symbiotic community around sustainable commerce.
