Beck's Bakery is a local grains bakery. Our whole grain supply chain is short, transparent, and fresh. We buy our whole grains directly from our farmers, mill them in house on our stone mill and do not sift off any bran or germ. We use our whole grain flours to produce our baking mix and crackers with clean ingredients, low waste packaging, exceptional flavor and maximum nutrition. Our products are high in naturally occurring bran fiber, a prebiotic that is food for the gut biome.
