Alvarado Street Bakery, a cooperatively-owned solar-powered bakery in Northern California, has been baking certified organic whole grain breads for over 35 years. Our unique breads are made with sprouted grains and are Certified Organic by QAI and Certified Kosher by Star-K. We do not use any GMO ingredients in any of our products.
