We process one million pigs per year. Always and only Italian pigs. Anatomical cuts, ready to cook meats, and cured meats like Prosciutto di Parma and Prosciutto San Daniele. Our meat is always antibiotic free and our value added meat in skin packaging is NON-GMO.
