Daiya Foods is the maker of delicious, dairy-free cheese alternatives. Daiya was incorporated in 2008 and launched in 2009, at Natural Products Expo West, with a foodservice product. Their first retail products, Daiya Shreds, were launched in 2010. All Daiya products are free of dairy, soy and gluten – three of the most common allergens. Daiya products have 0mg of cholesterol per serving, and no trans fats or preservatives.
