Who we are: Just like you, we want to be healthy and eat more vegetables. However, in an economic world focused on convenience and productivity, eating healthy on the run is near impossible. As fellow snack-lovers and admirers of kale, spinach and other nutritious foods, we looked everywhere for a healthy, tasty, and convenient snack; all we could find were either fried chips, ugly looking by-products, or difficult to eat chips that claim to be “Healthy”. That’s why we started Cal-Snax and spent years perfecting the “Kale-Popper”! Our mission is to combine the benefits of eating healthy WITHOUT sacrificing taste with the crazy, hectic, and sleep-deprived lifestyle we all love. Our snacks are not only healthy and naturally made from real kale and lentils, but they have a great taste and a unique design that makes a delicious crunch! We taste tested hundreds of products to get feedback on what people liked and didn’t like. We scoured the earth for sustainable ingredients and the latest, state of the art technology. We finally created something that we are absolutely proud of, and so far the feedback has been overwhelming. People are literally ripping the bags out of our hands when we’re in public. When people try our “K-Pops”, as we lovingly refer to them, everyone is pleasantly surprised how crispy and satisfying they are with a bite full of flavor, despite being healthy.
