Loveland, Colo., February 20, 2017–Canyon Bakehouse, a Colorado-based gluten-free bakery, has launched two new big-slice loaves. The first of its kind for gluten-free bread, Heritage Style slices are wider and taller than traditional gluten-free bread. Rooted in the tradition of family-style, artisan-made loaves, the Heritage Style breads offer a big, new take on what it means to eat gluten free.
With a soft chewy center and golden crust on the outside, Heritage Style is available in two flavors: Honey White and Whole Grain. These delicious wide loaves are made with all-natural ingredients and no GMOs, and are strong enough to hold up to any sandwich piled high with all the fixings! Like all Canyon Bakehouse baked goods, they are Certified Gluten-Free, kosher and free from dairy, casein, tree nuts, peanuts, soy and sesame.
Canyon Bakehouse will feature its new Heritage Style loaves at its booth (#4782) during Natural Products Expo West. The company will also host a “Build a Bigger Lunch Hunt” and giveaway. To participate, attendees will collect a lunch hunt card at the Canyon Bakehouse booth. The card will have the names of lunch partners that participants should visit to build their “lunch” and collect a signature. Once they’ve completed the lunch hunt, participants will return to the Canyon Bakehouse booth, snap a photo with the giant Heritage loaf and upload to social media using #LOAFOFMYLIFE. All participants who turn in a completed card are entered to win one of five $100 Visa gift cards. All completed entries will receive a prize.
Canyon Bakehouse Gluten-Free Heritage Style Bread is available now in conventional and natural grocery stores nationwide. The suggested retail price is $7.99 per 24-ounce loaf.
