NEXTY Finalist, Chameleon Cold-Brew Showcases Latest Nitro Cold-Brew Keg Innovation at Expo West
Consciously Crafted Cold-Brew Brand Debuts New Nitro Cold-Brew Launch
ANAHEIM, CA (March 10-12, 2017) – Chameleon Cold-Brew, the nation’s original purveyor of bottled cold brew coffee, will showcase the new Nitro Cold-Brew Keg innovation at booth 5461 at Expo West. Launching April 2017, Chameleon’s new Nitro Cold-Brew Kegs are crisp and creamy, with the brand’s well-known bold and rich flavor. The new nitro kegs, which are fully recyclable, produce a beer-like head from 100 percent food grade nitrogen gas, and contain no sugar, milk, or alcohol. The kegs will offer both Chameleon’s Ready-to-Drink Black Cold-Brew (80 servings with an 8oz pour) and Black Cold-Brew Concentrate (160 servings with an 4oz pour) lines, with a shelf life of 180 days.
Chameleon’s Bag in Box Black Coffee Concentrate was recently chosen as a finalist for the 2017 NEXTY Awards in the Best New Packaging Innovation Category. Only 10 percent of nominated products moved on to the final round, further confirming Chameleon’s status as a leading and innovative brand in the cold brew category.
“Our latest innovation was inspired by our recent successful partnerships with several quality liquor and beer brands, and we couldn’t be happier with the result,” said Chris Campbell, president and CEO of Chameleon Cold-Brew. “We are constantly looking for exciting new ways for our fans to enjoy our artisan cold brew coffee. This particular innovation has been in the works for quite some time now, and we were dedicated to making it seriously amazing – it doesn’t disappoint!”
Founded in the heart of Austin, Chameleon Cold-Brew sticks to authentic and proven sourcing and brewing methods. Each cold brew batch uses only organic, ethically sourced Arabica coffee beans and Texas Hill County limestone-cured water. Chameleon’s proprietary brewing process slowly air roasts on-site to ensure no bean burns and to preserve maximum freshness before the coffee steeps in carefully controlled temperatures for over 16 hours. The result is a super smooth, less acidic, highly caffeinated coffee, that can be enjoyed hot or cold, with a little milk, sugar, or even booze for a fully customizable drink.
Chameleon Cold-Brew will be serving samples from their new Nitro Cold-Brew Kegs at Expo West booth #5461 from March 10-12 at the Anaheim Convention Center. The recommended serving is an 8oz pour over ice or a 1oz floater over stout or other beer. For more information on the brand and products, please visit www.chameleoncoldbrew.com.
