HOOD RIVER, Ore., (March 1, 2017) – Tofurky, the best-selling plant-based protein in the US, is introducing a new Ham Roast just in time for Easter. The limited-edition, vegan Ham Roast is made with a blend of organic tofu and wheat. Tofurky created the Ham Roast based on the popularity of its signature Holiday Roast.

Tofurky partnered with Oregon’s Hopworks Urban Brewery to add a flavorful glaze using the ESB Ale to the savory Ham. Tofurky’s Ham Roast is non-GMO, vegan, contains no artificial flavors, zero grams of saturated fat, no cholesterol and is an excellent source of protein. The new Roast will debut at the 2017 Natural Products Expo West trade show in Anaheim, March 9-12. It will be available at select retailers in April 2017, with broad national distribution planned for Thanksgiving 2017. With a suggested retail price of $12.99, each Roast contains five servings and can be found in both the refrigerated and frozen meat alternative sections.
