This session is for the BOLD. It’s designed for the leaders, the visionaries, the ones that are committed to using business to make the future better. Come to this session if you are ready to have big-picture conversations with big-picture thinkers. Do not come prepared to listen to a few select individuals telling you what you should be doing. Come ready to learn and share what you are seeing, thinking and doing to bring forward an industry of conscious companies. The session is designed to be a dialogue around what a conscious company is (now) and could look like (future) leading to a conscious industry (scaling impact). In small groups, we will discuss emerging trends in conscious business, what the implications are to your company and, ultimately, co-create an industry of conscious companies. On top of your personal notes, we will collect and share the key insights from the session with you. You will leave knowing many other leaders in the industry beyond their name and role on a business card. Lastly, you will leave with a more clear sense of how to be a more conscious business leader.
