Michael Stroka is a licensed attorney, businessman, Certified Nutrition Specialist, and serves as Executive Director of American College of Nutrition, Board for Certification of Nutrition Specialists, Center for Nutrition Advocacy, American Nutrition Association), which collectively are known as The Nutrition Consortium. The mission of the Nutrition Consortium is to harness nutrition science to move nutrition practice to the core of healthcare. Michael successfully regained vibrant health through nutrition and has since dedicated his work to championing nutrition as the core of health. Michael is a graduate of Georgetown University, holds a JD from the University of Virginia Law School, an MBA from University of Virginia Business School, and an MS in Human Nutrition from the University of Bridgeport.
