Ms. Joelle Mosso is currently the Product Line Manager-Natural Products at Olam Spices and Vegetable Ingredients (SVI), one of the world’s largest suppliers of processed organic tomatoes and provider of natural spice and vegetable ingredients. Previous to her role at Olam, Joelle served for over 7 years at The WhiteWave Foods Company/Earthbound Farm with her most recent position as Senior Manager of Strategic Quality. Ms. Mosso has a Master’s in Food Science (emphasis in food microbiology) and a Bachelor’s of Science in Microbiology (Pathogenic). She has just recently been appointed to the National Organic Standards Board as an Organic Handler Representative beginning in 2017. Joelle has served on the Organic Trade Associate Host Fundraising Committee and as the Processor/Handler Chapter Secretary of California Certified Organic Farmers (CCOF).
