January started her own company in 2015 with a vision to inspire the world by bridging the gap between culture and marketing. Her company, "New World Agency" has a mission to create cultural marketing to authentically connect to the lives and passions of people everywhere. She is happiest working with brands that consumers believe in and care about. Her life goals are to create brands that change the world and to support other girl bosses!
