Bety Javidzad successfully litigates complex commercial disputes in state and federal courts nationwide. She has significant experience in the FinTech, financial service, consumer credit, consumer product, and consumer protection industries. Her practice includes particular emphasis on contract disputes, false advertising, class action defense of TCPA and various state consumer protection law claims, business torts including fraud and business competition, and intellectual property law.
Bety has extensive experience handling all aspects of the litigation, arbitration and appellate processes, with a strong track record of resolving matters for her clients through early-stage strategy and communication, negotiated settlement, mediation, trial and arbitration.
