Jessica Rolph is Founding Partner and Board Member, Happy Family, a leading brand of organic baby and toddler food in the US with over $100M in annual sales. Happy Family sold 90% of its equity to DANONE in 2013.
Jessica is passionate about improving children’s health by offering nutrient-dense organic alternatives to processed foods. Happy Family was recognized as one of the fastest-growing companies in the country by Inc. Magazine for two years running, and was named as Fast Company’s 2012 “Rockstar of the New Economy.” Happy Family supports non-profit partners including the Feed Foundation and Project Peanut Butter.
Before Happy Family, Jessica’s career spanned working for the government, non-profits, and socially-responsible businesses including Whole Foods Market, Business for Social Responsibility, and The Federal Trade Commission’s Outstanding Scholars Program. She serves as a trustee for RSF Social Finance, an innovative financial services organization that is working to transform the way the world works with money. Jessica is a Henry Crown Fellow at the Aspen Institute, and was awarded the Park Leadership Fellowship, a full-tuition merit scholarship to Cornell’s MBA program, graduating in 2004. Jessica also holds a BA in Anthropology from Cornell University, where she graduated cum laude.
Jessica lives in Boise, Idaho with her husband Decker, her two sons, Leland and Thacher and daughter Beatrice.
