With a BS in Food Science from California Polytechnic State University San Luis Obispo, Natalie is the proud founder of Food Happy Consulting. She is a Certified Food Scientist (CFS) and Preventative Controls Qualified Individual (PCQI) and specializes in food safety and quality consulting.
Her career began working with a large retail supermarket chain, where she managed the food safety and quality of private label products. Her years of experience fall across nearly all food categories including fresh foods, bakery, snacks, breakfast and beverages including coffee and tea. Across her several years of consulting experience, Natalie most frequently helps clients with preparing for third party food safety audits such as SQF and BRC, FSMA compliance, manufacturing support and managing special projects.
